We are Emma and Steph...but everyone calls us Stemma (easier to remember!)

We are retail specialists providing business support, strategic direction and retail training across buying, marketing and customer planning functions

 We each have over 20 years retail experience, having worked  in a number of senior roles in two major supermarkets (Asda and Morrisons ) across both retail and wholesale markets

We have a strong network across the retail industry and are well known as honest, hard working, strategic thinkers, with great influencing skills that get the job done
After working in a job share partnership for over 10 years, we decided to continue our partnership providing support & strategic thinking, setting up S&E Consultancy to share our knowledge and expertise with a wider audience
